It was 10:45am and I tried to order one of their new bfast burritos. The drive thru operator told me they stopped serving breakfast. I said, well the sign says 11. He said… yeah, well we stopped serving breakfast. I took my money elsewhere. Maybe they should take down the sign.
Since when is a basic fast food burger (not meal) $7???
Placed a couple of mobile orders a while back for this location, but when I came to pick them up, they said they never received the orders in their system. Showed them the receipt on my phone that said I'd placed my order for pickup at this location ASAP. They refused to honor the order because it hadn't come through on their end. I was charged money but did not receive food or a refund. Part of the order was a Baconator that we used our rewards points (900 points, do you know how much you have to spend to get to 900 points?) to purchase. Didn't get a refund on the points either. Filled out the custom survey in the app and asked corporate to contact us so we could get a refund, nobody ever responded. Tl;DR: Management was rude and refused to honor my mobile order and nobody, not even corporate, can help get a refund for the money and the rewards points we spent here.
