Bad service! They forgot give me a straw(have to pass again), I got a chiken wrap was a mess(no wrap), they didn't ask me about some sauce. I was so hungry and very disappointed about that place.

Got 2 orders of nuggets and they both were rock hard and old........go here only if you don't care that they get your order wrong and give you old food

I visited this location for breakfast and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before I left not sure if the opening manager was sleeping but the manager was not visible although the open sign was on. Decided to go to McDonald’s instead.

Literally 10 minutes ago (from when I wrote this on 3/24/2024 I stood with my family for almost 10 minutes while 3 different workers looked me right in the eye, said nothing, and nobody took our order. I’ve had a number of horrible experiences at this location. Must be very poorly managed. Keep driving! Pass this place up! It is terrible.

They kind of messed up the order...need to work on their English.

I was in drive-through, and I explained the order to the cashier three times. As I pulled up to the window, the lady snatched the card out of my hand. When I called her out on it, she denied it 2 of the 3 times. They overcharged me, and I paid with my card, and when I mentioned it, another woman asked for the receipt and apologized and gave the overcharged amount in cash. This is the second time that something uncalled for has happened at this location. The double stacks had been pre made, and you can tell as the bread was a bit hard, and the cheese and lettuce had been discolored a bit. The fries tasted like a box of Morton Iodized salt. So I just threw all 3 meals away and chalked it up as a loss, and I will never go there again. I don't suggest anyone else to go either. Also, they don't support the military, and I am an Army veteran they was injured in Iraq. 3rd I.D. Dog faced soldier. All Is Well
