This place is a joke! The doors are locked at noon most days—despite saying they are open so it’s basically . Drive-they only which means eating in your car. They get the order wrong more than not—the staff acts like they are in prison! This place either needs to shut down or reboot.
The dining room is never open for breakfast. I was there at 10:05 today and the door was still locked. Like all Wendy's in this area, they don't want my breakfast business. All the Wendy's in the Indy area look like they are closed and I just drive by.
We asked the staff to give us well done fries and, even short staffed, they put down a batch of fries a minute longer for our request. It's a bit out of the way from work but I'd return for service like that.
Placed a mobile app order on Tuesday morning, they made both breakfast sandwiches wrong. I filed a complaint and the GM reached out to me to correct the situation. I decided to give them another chance and order lunch via the mobile app. I get to the restaurant and was told to comeback in 20 minutes since the store was doing a shift change. No shift change takes 20 minutes and I had already paid via the mobile app so no cashier function would be necessary at the time. One of the crew decided to get belligerent with me and came out of the store to get into a physical altercation. I have tried to give this store a benefit of the doubt, but they really need to shut the store down and retrain the crew.
Had to wait in drive thru line 5 minutes after we paid because food was taking time to cook, but when she brought out our food, she was on her phone texting before delivering our food. I can understand waiting for food, but waiting for her to text was rude.
Was told the inside was closed at 9AM yet the doors were unlocked... by a cashier who was talking on the phone and he told me to go through the drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru without any service (I was the only one in the line) before deciding enough was enough and left. The morning crew here are not only lazy but actively turning customers away.
This drive thru only serves one customer at a time. - takes persons order, gives person their order, takes next person order. When we got to the window the worker complained there's no manager on site and she's sorry for the wait. We were in the drive thru for 25 minutes. If my food was cold I would have been very mad.
Store closes 15 minutes for a drawer change. I wonder if ownership knows this. Needs faster money counters.
Why is the service here always so slow and they always screw up your order? It's fast food, it shouldn't be this hard. After 40 min waiting in line with 2 cars, they tell us they are out of fries. Go elsewhere.
On more than one occasion it says the dine in is open, when we get there the doors are locked. Today we decided to order on the app for a mobile pick up. I started my job at 12pm. We got there at 1125 and placed the mobile order, waited 10 minutes then went through the drive through. They had us wait 10 minutes then asked us to pull around. At this point I’m fifteen minutes away from my shift starting with no food. The guy then says it’ll be about 10-15 minute wait, with no one else in line. So I just went to work and my family went back to pick up the food. At this time the guy rudely says we should have shown up earlier, instead of apologizing and trying to make it right he blames us for their actions and behavior. On many other occasions the staff is rude and abrasive, and messes the orders up.
