You must order at a kiosk (they won’t take orders at the counter) and they don’t accept cash. I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter before anyone even noticed me to ask for ketchup and was lectured about how I had to use a kiosk before I could even say that I simply needed some ketchup.
Let me first say the service was good. The Asiago Ranch sandwich sounded good at the time (10:00pm). That sandwich was old and dry. Best thing about the sandwich was the lettuce and ranch. Fries taste like cardboard.
Order wrong.... rarely correct.... better off going anywhere but there in Brownsburg.
I love Wendy's, but this location is horrible. No staff, food was incorrect, they gave me my chili in a drink cup.
Breakfast was only slightly better than a gas station microwaved sandwich. It was good when it came out but is not that good anymore. Waited 7 minutes at the speaker before my order was taken.
Wanted wendys tonight so i went here. Turning down drive thru customers left and right claiming they are going through a 15 minute shift change and can't take any orders at 7pm on a friday. Sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes to be told the same thing second time around. Sat at the box until they took my order. Have to pull forward and wait for my food. Obvious they made the burger, but fries and nuggets cold and stale. 2 people "working" but not doing a damn thing...
I’ve been here three times (that’s it) in the last year and they are always out of something and they’re guaranteed to get your order wrong.
Waited over 30 mins in drive through to get food. When I did get my food it was not what I ordered
This is by far, the worst Wendy’s on earth. We decided to go inside as we had been on the road for hours. First, no one at the counter. You had to use the kiosk. No big deal, but the wires hanging down looked like a kid hooked up an Xbox. Food took forever and the chicken sandwiches were over cooked with hardly any toppings. She gave us a free frosty for waiting but…out of spoons? The soda machine was out of several options too. The manager (maybe) walked outside with the headset on, which was odd. Despite nobody coming through the drive thru, the entire staff was around the corner by the drive thru window. Doing what? Oh, and the floors were sticky. Gross. I would have asked for my money back or to redo the order but no ONE was available. I wish I had taken photos. Wendy’s should be ashamed.
