I acknowledge that I came during lunch, but forgetting salad dressing on a salad order is unnecessary. Also. If you only have Peak tes, just pipe it out front with the other watery over sweetened sodas. The good reviews I read come across as paid content.

took 45mins to get our food… messed up the order. everyone workin slow and acting dumb. hillbilly atmosphere

I got yelled at by the employee working the drive-thru intercom!!! I couldn't understand what he said and he yelled again "you got to come in we're doing shift change"….. first of all I will never purposely walk in to a hostile situation!!! If you're yelling at me over the intercom, what are you going to do when I get inside??? I pulled around to the window to explain to the young man that I simply did not understand what he said and he did not have to catch an attitude. I asked for the manager and he got some lady I tried to explain to her that I got yelled at for nothing and she said" it don't matter you still got to come in" at this point I asked for her name and she said it was Andrea but then some big girl or transgender or whatever the right title for it was said" you ain't got to tell him nothing..". I have never seen more unprofessional , ghetto, service in my life!!! What company hires employees and allows them to completely disrespect the customers??? I only got one name Andrea the other two did not have name tags on and all three of them refused to give me a corporate number!!! I can't imagine what would have happened had I actually gone in !!! To anybody that reads this post STAY AWAY!!!

Soniya and Harley were wonderful and the food (ghost pepper sandwich) was very tasty. Would recommend 10/10!

I've been craving Wendy's taco salad all week. Today is payday. I just went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago. Ordered my taco salad with extra sour cream (I did say no salsa though. I won't eat it, no sense wasting it). Ordered other family members 2 sour cream and chive potatoes, and a large chili (besides the one that comes on the taco salad). Got home. Not only did I not get the extra sour cream, I got ZERO sour cream. No butter for the potatoes. Not a single fork, though they did give us 4 spoons. Not a napkin in sight. The whole POINT of take out is to have no clean-up other than throwing it all away. And we don't have any sour cream at the house. Or napkins, apparently. No one ate the potatoes. Just dry with nothing at all on them. What a waste of money. And the taco salad wasn't what I wanted either. It's just not the same without the things that are SUPPOSED to come on it. At least make sure the customers get what they ordered. And if they're out and TOLD ME, I could have gone somewhere else and not wasted money here. Very disappointed. This was not what I was craving all week.

Food served cold and they forget you order and the meat half done. I'm right this Wendy's off I never come back to this one again

Easily one of the worst experiences at a fast food places I've ever had, workers seemed more interested in cutting off service 2 hours earlier and hanging out with friends at the window than their jobs, I sat in line for over an hour for my doordash pickup order, never recieved said order, and left after they asked me to pull up, where I waited for over 15 minutes when they had maybe 2 cars behind me the entire time.
