I have to have a special diet, they went above and beyond to make it like I needed it Dietary restrictions: I can't eat certain foods and Wendy's fixed it my way.
I have had a problem with the dread head guy on more than one occasion, each time I go through the Drive Thru and he is there it’s always a problem. Just now I went by, it was empty; I pulled up and he didn’t even acknowledge me but poked his head through the window and rolled his eyes. He has a very stink attitude and for someone who should have good customer service attribute, he doesn’t.
I would give this place zero stars. My reason behind that is this. I just received my order through the drive though and truly I’m not very happy the only good thing that I seem to have gotten out of my meal is the soda. The quesò fries are so greasy it’s crazy. My JR bacon cheese burgers I got 4 of them are cold to the touch, by far the worst meal I have ever received from a Wendy’s. Customer service was awful the poor guy that took our order sounded as if he didn’t want to be at work at all. I am truly unhappy with the result. Health food and safety violation for give out cold food that could have bin sitting for god knows how long, get bacteria on the food it self. I will not be coming back to this location again few to the un-circumstances that occurred tonight on this Saturday 10, 2024 at 11:00pm also didn’t get a receipt after paying. Customer service seems to have truly gone out the window thee’s day.
It was good service was excellent
The wait for the drive thru is 45 min everyday.
