Store was really dirty. Fries were cold. Burger appeard to have been sitting out, cold and hard. The bun was ice cold. Workers completely ignored the manager and sat in a dirty dining room on their phones.
English Muffin was frozen. Waited on staff to finish smoking their weed out back by the drive through before I could order. Parking lot was trashed.
Staff is rude and refused to give out their office number. My complaint initially wasn't with them but the fact I placed an order via the app for dine in. The lobby was closed due to staffing and I understand that but update the app options. And no way to get a refund but calling the 800# and someone who doesn't speak English tries to help.
This location was not busy. The items should've been cooked to order. The meat was dried out. You would have assumed you were given a premade burger. The strawberry lemonade was perfect.
Poor customer service. Horrible product. Not only were the fries NOT fresh, my burger bun had mold on it.i called back to the restaurant for over a hour with no answer. I will be going back to return this for a refund. NEVER EAT HERE!!!
