EDIT: Gave them another chance and everything actually went fairly well. Been back several more times since and was decent to good each time, so I'll add a couple of stars. They usually still do that thing where they yell for you to stay away from the window so they can make their drive-thru times look better though. They do that so much and have for so long that I think district managers tell them too so they look good to their bosses. Can't just be shift managers, or they'd have gotten fired after being caught by DMs so many times by now. They need to change how they monitor things because the work-arounds they use to cheat are obvious and annoying to customers. Below is my original review... I've been going here occasionally for about 30 years. Place has had its ups and downs, but ever since around 2020 around 75% of our visits have been in some way bad. Often laughably bad even. Drive-thru lines almost always take 20 to 30 minutes to get through, even with only 4 or 5 cars in the line. The employees do weird stuff like yell out the window to insist we not pull up the window until they say we can. At least half of the times I go, they are out of something I order, whether its no lettuce, or no salads, or no fries, or the frosty machine is down, which makes having waited in line so long to get to the speaker more frustrating. Employees are usually short with you or just plain rude too. Today I took my family to get frostys to celebrate my oldest passing her drivers test. Usual slow line with only 4 cars. Usual bummed out worker on speaker. Made us wait to pull to the window as usual. When we got to the window my wife asked if we could add an extra frosty and the gal at the window huffed and said "I done already had made these ones, now I got to make another one". She looked so angry as she got another cup and pressed a button for 4 seconds... That was when I said, yeah, I'm gunna finally drop a review for this pitiful place.

Omg.I come here all the time.so I order a potato.The lady give me the smallest one.I guess she got upset because I asked for a bigger one. Then my nuggets were cold/scribbled up old. But didn't want to ask for some hot ones.She already seem like she was upset about me wanting a bigger potato.then I order a frosty.a medium frosty.Lord,this where the problem was.She half filled it and cup was dirty with mustard all on it.Im like the cup dirty And can you fill it up.Then she gives me another the same way,half freaking filled.so I'm like just give me refund.She then get smart and say I ordered a medium.Like I didn't know which one I order.When I'm like broad.Well If I purchased a medium why you filled like a small.caught a attitude talking about I ordered a medium.Duh lady.I know what I ordered. Why couldn't you fill it up. So eventually the manager or the young man gave me a frosty that was filled like it should be.Whoever that girl on front counter customer skills are horrible.I'm spending my hard working money.Not her.And she kept talking.I see why people end up on Tiktok videos getting whooped.lol.but that's not my character. She ruin my lil experience that day.I was trying enjoy my kid Very rude.
