El día de hoy hice el pedido para mis dos hijas en la aplicación en este punto para retirar. Cuando llegue una señora me dijo que el pedido ya había sido entregado. Le dije que no era posible que había pedido para mis hijas y yo no había retirado. Me dijo muy enojada que ella no podía hacer nada y que si queria me comunicara a la linea a quejarme pero que no me iban a dar mi pedido. Mi hija de 4 años les decía pero mi mami pidió mi comida. Deberían de capacitar mejor al personal para que no den esas repuestas tan estúpidas y hagan bien su trabajo. Porque no es culpa mía que le den el pedido a cualquier persona y después le digan a mis hijas y a mi que nos vayamos y que solo llamemos a reclamar

The parking lots are suited for homeless visitors because they are not cleaned regularly. The service was terrible because we had one condition, to put allergy related foods in one seperate bag. When getting the order the fries were mixed in with another food item. It was a simple and not uncommon request, but it was not followed. When asking for a refund to no longer get good from this place on a card I had just used, the staff lied and said they do not have the ability to process refunds. We had not touched the food and they would not return the item.

Rude staff that ducks out early. If you place a mobile order and get there a half hour before closing, chances are the place will be closed

The person in the drive thru speaker was telling me all the stuff they didnt have so i was trying to save there breath from telling the really didnt need to know details so i asked do yall have SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS 1 time after that the person had gotten really upset and said sir since you interupted me while i was talking you can leave the drive thru and then i said what are you talking about i just asked a question they said goodbye sir good bye sir goodnight very unprofessional customer skills

Disgusting! Business manager and staff should be fired. Every time my order is messed up. The worst part about it is the customer service. The icing on the cake… They refused to provide me with an order I placed on the app. Blamed it on corporate. Mind you the order was 2.48 total with the inclusion of my rewards. And to the manager for slamming the drive thru window in my face. I pray for you. In a world where many are struggling, to be outright dismissive and tell me to “Call Corporate and complain to them”. Gross -WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I've always run into inattentive and unfriendly staff here, but the final straw was pulling up to the drive-through at 9pm only to be told they're closed (hours say open until midnight) and that "closing time depends on the manager"
