Good juicy burgers

Gross! The female handling the drive thru orders was actively eating while taking my card and handing me my bag of food. I asked for a manager and she said there wasn't one. I called corporate and the line for complaints just disconnects the call once you select that option. Now I remember why I stopped eating there in the first place.

Check your order before you leave. They can't seem to get an order correct. The lady taking the orders doesn't seems to speak English very well, so that could be a reason.

Good food at a good price.

The woman working at the drive thru here on the Sunday afternoon had an absolutely horrible attitude. The service is also extremely slow here. They had us pull forward to wait for food and we waited for more than 10 mins and several cars behind us had already gotten their food and left. Bad experience here.

Terrible! Not like it used to be. Service is awful and non existent. The food is cold and missing condiments. Jr Bacon cheeseburger is almost $4 and it was missing lettuce and it was cold. Never going back again.

Wrong burgers. Burgers were cold and cheese was not even melted. Over charged and lady did not care. Waited in the drive thru for a while until Petra answered. Like what were they doing there was maybe one other person there. Petra was very rude and horrible customer service. I called the number on recipient to speak with management and can even get through. What is going on at this location. It is arboretum area!!!
