Not the best location.

Fast fresh and friendly

Wendy’s has really gone downhill. Everything about this chain degrades every year that goes by. This is the second Wendy’s location in Austin where the server taking your order gets your order wrong and acts like you are interrupting their day just by walking up to them and, god forbid, talk to them to place an order. Their burgers are now flavorless and look like a mess as if the meat and vegetables were haphazardly slapped on. I am never eating at a Wendy’s ever again. They either need to improve working conditions or go out of business.

Fries were a little undercooked, but usually isn't the case.

Ordered online at 12, came in at 12:40 since I was busy at work, when I came in they still didn’t have my order (small fries and a 10 piece nuggets) ready. After five minutes they hand me a bag and send me on my way. I get back to work and see they gave me a bag with two orders of fries and nothing else. I can’t go back to get the order I actually paid for because I’m already back at work. Never going again I guess
