Wendy's

See all the reviews? Ive been saying this since this location was torched and reopened. It is like that every customer, every day, every shift, for years now. This store owner should be sued, jailed, and barred from doing business in this city for life.

This Wendy's have to be the rudest in the company, you arrive to order and no one acknowledges you at the drive thru, you say hello after 5min waiting they start yelling you need to hold on, another 5 went I said hello again and she tells again haven't I said "I ain't ready to take your damn order, this is not customer service but order taking job" whe. You talk to the manager and she says theres nothing she can do. If you are a manager you have to coach, develop and train and if the person can be a team player you let them go.

The manager of this store is extremely disrespectful there was no one at the drive thru comms so I drove up to the window where they actively had employees arguing with each other. With the amount of time I waited at the comms a line had formed. Once they understood there was no one at the comms they then refused to take my order as I was not going to wait through the new line that had formed at the drive thru. The manager was the one who was supposed to be on the comms and didn't appropriately allocate the very much available staff he had on hand. He told me to leave so I am here documenting my terrible experience.

I should have taken a picture of my fish sandwich before throwing it away. I was sitting in the drive thru for at least 20 mins only to be given a dried out burnt fish sandwich. I checked the sandwich before leaving out the drive thru to make sure it had extra tartar sauce like I asked for, it did but the sandwich looked terrible, it looked like a burnt pancake. I showed it to the young man at the drive thru and asked him is this sandwich supposed to look like this, he said yes. I kindly drove off, I was over it. I was so hungry though, that I bit into the sandwich telling myself ok looks can be deceiving…the sandwich was horrible, it tasted just like it looked….dried out and burnt. It was my worst experience with fast food ever. No one should sell food in that condition, it appeared as though they cooked it earlier and then dropped it back in the grease after sitting around for hours.
