Ima a door dasher everyday I have orders coming from the is store. The atmosphere is always amazing everyone’s helpful from the front end cashier to the mangers.

Shout out Mo. Went during a crazy rush but he was handling it calmly, efficiently, and professionally. Answering the phone, taking orders, and passing out food at the same time. Man needs a raise

This place is disgusting. Found lint or dust in my nuggets straight from the bag……and it was a kids meal so imagine had this been given to a child who ain’t know no better. Disgusting.

Unbelievable I ordered a vanilla frosty cold brew and a sausage croissant. When the lady handed it to me I knew it wasn’t going to taste like it usually does. BUT for the milk to be in chunks was shocking. It seemed like instead of offering a fresh vanilla cold brew they gave me one that they didn’t want to throw away or an over night. Then I opened my sandwich and the sausage was burnt and they added bacon which I wasn’t able to eat since I’m allergic. Customer service was just horrible !

I hate that I have to leave a star. I was on my lunch break and went in drive-thru, I was sitting at the speaker for 10 min when the worker came to the speaker she was yelling, and laughing with someone, I had to repeat my order 4 times, before she told me to drive to the 2nd window. I didn’t get a chance to go to the window because they had one of their friends standing at the window talking and laughing. I sat there 5-10 minutes waiting for her to move and she never did, so I left. Also when I was leaving the workers was still talking to their friend that was standing at the drive-thru window and watched me drive away, while laughing and pointing.

Today's lady manager on 3/1/24 was great! She was directing and going where needed during busy lunch hours. They were busy, but they did their best to get everything out. 10 to 15 minutes of wait, but it's okay. Her and her team did great! I only came here to pick up 2 door dashes. I had gone to McDonald's before this, and they don't even say hi to you or ask what you need. I've never ate here before. May give it a try.
