Went there at 12am for some chicken sandwiches and fries.... FRIES WAS OLD AND COLD never again

La verdad el encargado es una persona tan desposta es un hispano chaparro Prieto y panzón que no se le olvide cómo empezó el a trabajar desde abajo y le gusta humillar a las personas ojalá cambiaran a esa persona con otra actitud mejor un encargado es para que se encargue del personal y de las de más personas no para q se sienta q el es el dueño del restaurante y q tiene derecho de burlarse de las personas y sentirse q los pisa y el quede arriba tiene una cara de mal humor no se que le vieron para dejarlo de encargado cuando no tiene la experiencia suficiente y la capacidad de tomar el tiempo para otras personas q lastima

Very bad experience. The wait was too long and the food tasted bitter. Wendy's was my fav but this place just destroyed it for me. After the long wait in drive through even the food was trash. So many cars waiting behind us had left we should have done that too .Waste of money. Quality is definitely not their recipe in 110th cicero. Very disappointed. Never getting Wendy's again for they don't keep up to what they claim.

RUN, don’t walk. Do not eat here. The most unprofessional and ignorant staff I’ve ever encountered. The worst Wendy’s possibly in Illinois. They serve cold food, and the workers talk and play more than serve customers. The manager on duty started arguing with me, because they told me they weren’t taking orders at this time.

The worst place to order fast food, made me wait 20-25 minutes for a single crispy chicken sandwhich (that little tiny sandwhich that’s like $2). I was the only customer there when I placed my order and they basically just forgot about my order and when I asked them where it was they just kept saying "it’ll be ready it'll be ready" then they handed me someone else's order… waste of time and money. Wendy's do better this location sucks!

I pulled into the drive thru around 10:58pm It’s 11:13pm and I understand that it’s late and you all maybe short staffed but it takes 5 minutes for someone to take my order and then not even listen to me correctly. When I pull up to the window I am not greeted and my card is snatched. Worst service ever. Do better please. Got my food by 11:21pm. Still no cheese my spicy chicken sandwich. Will not be returning.

Disgusting service... Ran by kids I guess. I'm sure one of the ignorant ones there today was "management" poor service. I cancelled my order. While waiting in line all you heard was unprofessional workers actin as though they are at home. RIDICULOUS all while waiting in a small line and the cashier acting as though she didn't want to work! Won't get my hard earned funds!

This is the worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. I have been here a few times and they always miss something in my order. When I went today, there was no one in the drive thru line except myself and they told me to pull to a parking spot to wait for my food. I waited 15 minutes and saw 2 other cars drive thru and get their food and leave. When I finally got sick of waiting I went to walk inside and all the doors were locked until an employee saw me and let me in. I had to give my order again to them at the counter twice and then after another 5 minutes of waiting they finally started to walk my food out to my car. After all of that, they didn’t seem sincere about me waiting all that time and then my order was missing the fries. When I finally ate the food it was tasteless. The nuggets were nowhere near fresh and the coke tasted very flat. I have no idea how this location stays open. Absolutely ridiculous
