1/30/24 evening shift 18:00. 8 people working, half wearing gloves the other half not. They’re supposed to take my order but instead point me to a self service kiosk like I didn’t see it there. Food came out warm, not hot. I shouldn’t have to do half your job and still not get a hot meal. Update: came in a week later with a different shift working. Only 1 person wearing gloves, nobody wearing hair nets, rap music playing in background, another fella with ear bud in. Witnessed same kid empty trash, not wash his hands then handle food. When confronted he put on a smirk and said he washed his hands behind the counter. Didn’t even let customer get out of ear shot before they started talking bout it and laughing. Don’t matter if you’re in 10 star restaurant or a ma and pa grill house, show respect and wear ppe. No customers, no paycheck. Can’t stand millennials

Fast service. Good delicious Caesar salad was tasty and fresh.

Food was room temp at best. When I asked a employee to melt the cheese on my baconator fries she simply said "there's a microwave in the gas station for ya there." Employees played music super loud and were just all around unpleasant.

Never have frostys and food is ALWAYS cold.

Wish I could give it a zero. Worst fast food experience I’ve had. Waited half an hour for food, finally got the food and it wasn’t even my order. Went inside to grab MY order and they laughed about it . Laughing in a customers face after waiting half an hour for the wrong order ? Didn’t think they were serious. Waited 5 more minutes for my actual order only to get on the highway and realize my burgers were raw and fries were cold . Waited 40 minutes and didn’t even eat the food served from this restaurant. This has to be taken care of . I usually don’t bring stuff back or write reviews but this was awful and their food is gonna kill someone. Pathetic management .

I dunno no about the food. I am currently in the drive thru and it's been 23 minutes. The one car in front of us got theirs and one other. 16 dollars woth of food and over 20 minutes?? Kinda glad tbe ice cream machine was "already shut down". Probably be here still tomorrrow....
