immediately a favorite dinner spot! quick service and excellent ramen. the atmosphere is the definition of chill. muted avatar playing on a tv in the back, easy background music, and the smell of the bakery items in the front. A five star experience, well back back for sure!
My girlfriend and I go out for ramen quite a bit and were looking for a place in downtown Indy. We saw this was the only option so we gave it a try. I'd steer clear. The vegetables taste like a refrigerator and the broth like old sink water. We had a few bites and left.
Food is always very good and service is polite and timely. Atmosphere is quaint and clean.
If you walk in and it looks almost like a coffee bar menu, you're in the right place. Plenty of choices from appetizers to main entrees. We had the Takoyaki and squid ring appetizers and they were amazing. Just a light crust on the Takoyaki balls with sauces and the center was great. The squid rings were firm, flavorful and even better dipped in the chili sauce that comes with. Karai and Yamisuki ramens were had for dinner. Big, full of veggies and pork and noodles. The Yamisuki has a little kick to it but still great. This said by someone that doesn't like spicy things. Good prices, quiet space, and Great food. Coming back with the whole family next time. Vegetarian options: There are veggie options for every course they serve, and in most sections of the menu. Parking: Here in downtown Indianapolis there is paid parking everywhere, it just depends on how much you want to spend. The nearby lots and garages and easily run you $10. Street parking is $1.75/hr, payable by card.
