Wegman's Bayou Louisiana Kitchen

I had the 1/2 Po-boy and red beans & rice. The chicken on the po-boy was so flavorful.....reminded me of food on the FL coast. I took the cajun chicken pasta & the jambalaya to go! The beignets were amazing. The drinks reminded me of Louisiana. I'll definitely be returning!

Very friendly. Food was good not great. Nice atmosphere and experience.

The food was decent but the service was terrible. They weren’t that busy but people kept coming by telling us why our waitress was delayed instead of just helping us themselves. The waitress, when she did show up, made us feel like we were an inconvenience and there were long delays between her visits. We sat on the patio and the tables were not clean, with bird poop and food on them. Unsupervised kids were all over, including in the parking lot kicking a soccer ball at our car. We won’t be back.

From the moment we walked in this restaurant and were greeted by our waitress, Sarah, we knew we were about to have a wonderful time. The menu was extensive with great Cajun entrees as well steaks, salads and other options. Something for everyone, literally. We sat outside on the patio which was so cute and quaint for a Saturday late, sunny afternoon They also have a covered portico area that is very cozy and romantic and perfect for a date night! In addition to the regular menu, they also had a brunch menu which looked amazing! The portions were enormous. Literally, enough for 2 people. You definitely get what you pay for here. The service from Sarah and Smokey (the manager), topped off the experience; however. So genuine, friendly and gave great suggestions. Hospitality unmatched! I am not a big desert person and opted out of desert, however, they brought out warm, fresh beignets with vanilla bean ice cream for us to share. Amazing! My daughter will definitely be back in a few weeks with a guest on a Friday for the great food, ambiance and Live Music! (Do NOT forget to have his puppies with your meal ) Thanks, Wegman's Bayou- Sarah and Smokey!

My wife and I decided to try the brunch because we were starving and Gracious Plenty across the street had a long wait. Upon entering, we were not greeted and the restaurant was nearly empty. We sat at the bar where there were several employees who completely ignored us for 2-3 minutes. The bartender finally came over and handed us waters and menus unenthusiastically. She then went to the end of the bar to have a conversation with another customer for well over 5 minutes. She finally came back to ask us what we wanted and we gave our order. I ordered an omelette with potatoes and my wife got the petite nawlins which is a pancake, bacon and one egg. We waited over 25 minutes for the food. In a nearly empty restaurant, this is unacceptable. The food was nasty, the eggs were raw on the inside and brown/burnt on outside, the potatoes and pancake were cold. The bartender was still conversating with the same customer at end of bar the whole time and didn’t check on us and our food until we were half way done. My wife had to get up and get her own salt shaker from the opposite end of bar. This restaurant just completely sucks overall, the bartender seemed more concerned with socializing with an old man to get him to tip then to check on others. Stay away! Worst restaurant in downtown Roswell.

Excellent, friendly service. Great food, Cajun style!

Food was absolutely horrendous. Service was just as bad. Eggs were slimy, food cold, was just horrible. Will not be surprise if we get a stomach bug. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve brushed my teeth 3 times and the grease and slime will not go away. Absolutely disgusting. Bar was filthy. I would go on but I have to brush this horrible taste out of my mouth..again.
