Food was amazing

Just wanted to try a new hot dog place. Staff wasn’t pleasant except for one lady at register and kitchen and the lady on grill. No sodas in fountain. Hot dogs might have started out hot but by the time I went next door to get a drink they cooled off. Will try again later.

This is literally the worst eating establishment I’ve ever been to! The workers are incompetent, rude, and lazy. I didn’t know even get my food because the worker couldn’t figure it out. She threw the hotdog in the trash right in front of me after covering it in pickles and relish, which were not at all on the Southwest hotdog, then when I asked about it she threw it away and walked away and helped the next guest instead of remaking it. The food station looked like it wasn’t even clean, the ingredients were all cross contaminated and there was hard, dried Mac and cheese sitting in a container that they were serving to customers. Literally so disgusting…I bet this place will shut down soon! Pins should give that space to a restaurant that is actually deserving of it, not this nasty chain.

Small menu, but very focused on craft dogs that have a lot of flavor. Tasty tots as well. Coke products, however the Freestyle machines were inop during my visit.

My credit card was overcharged for the purchase. It looks like I'm not the only one to have this issue. The food and customer service were good. I don't appreciate the extra tip that was taken on my order.

Dumpster dog was okay. Loaded tots were very good. Would definitely try again.
