Booking Wednesday Cake for our wedding cake + desserts was hands down one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. From inquiry, to flavor tasting/selection, to execution, our wedding cake turned out amazing and was a smash hit with our guests. Angela, the owner and baker, is a pro, kind human, and a true confectionary creatress. You will not regret working with Wednesday Cake! We will absolutely be ordering desserts with Wednesday Cake again (and again!).

It was such a delight to work with Angela and Grace of Wednesday Cakes for our wedding cakes. They were extremely easy to work with and communicate with. Angela came to our home to do the tasting and brought both gluten free and regular samples for us to try - all were delicious!! Our wedding ended up being impacted by the pandemic, and Angela was super helpful when dealing with all of the ups and downs, and uncertainty that's come with COVID-19. I highly recommend Wednesday Cakes and plan to hire them again in the future!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my entire experience with Wednesday Cake! Not only were Angela and Grace excellent at communicating and creating a cake that was exactly what we were looking for, but the cake tasted so delicious! We served it at our small family wedding, and everyone had seconds : ) We also asked Angela to incorporate an idea we had seen online - adding a small figure of our pup to the side - and it was perfect. The flavor was amazing and we loved the flowers and berries incorporated in the design. I will be recommending Wednesday Cake to others, and using them for any future cake-needs!

We LOVED Wednesday Cake and had the best experience with Angela! We were planning a destination wedding in La Jolla, and Angela was recommended by our planner. The minute we met her we knew we wanted to hire her! On our planning trip she brought us several cupcake samples to try -- they were all amazing--- but didn't put any pressure on us to make a decision right then. Once we made our selection and provided some inspiration pics for what we had in mind she sent us 3 beautiful cake designs to choose from. At the last minute I asked if she could add a couple of sea lions to it and they were SO FREAKING CUTE it hurt to actually cut the cake! It turned out better than I ever could have imagined. We received a ton of compliments for not only how good our cake tasted, but for how unique and fun it was. We also rented a wooden cake stand from her which was one less thing to worry about. Angela is so nice and a super talented artist--- we couldn't recommend her more!

Wednesday Cake was the first and only vendor we look into for our wedding cake/dessert table. We knew instantly that we wanted Angela to do our wedding. My husband and I had a difficult time deciding which flavors we liked during our tasting because they were all SO GOOD! The flavors that she creates are impeccable and unique, her designs are beautifully executed and she is super nice, kind and easy to work with. Angela is the sweetest person you will ever meet. You can tell this is her passion and it shows through her work! We highly recommend Wednesday Cake for your wedding, party, or event. She has an incredible creative mind and works with her clients bringing their vision to reality and much more. Rich, delicious flavors with the right amount of sweet if it calls for it! Books up pretty quickly but always take advantage during the holidays and watch out for her same day pickup treats! First come, first serve closes up fast!

Wednesday Cake team is SO sweet and super talented! Recently worked a styled photo shoot with her at our new venue- The Pannikin Building- and her cake creation was nothing short of perfect. Can't wait to work with this team LOTS moving forward! Highly recommend.
