The sushi was vibrant in flavor, reasonably priced, and made with fresh ingredients. My only complaint was that they had mochi on the menu but said they discontinued offering it - so I am discounting a star from "atmosphere" for a non-current physical menu. My party of two was given complimentary miso soup. Vegetarian options: My companion at this restaurant highly enjoyed their vegetarian sushi combo. It is less expensive than other options with the same high standard of quality.
One of my all time favorites in SF
This has been one of my favorite go-to spots for sushi for a longtime. They also have a frequent dining rewards program that you can check-in to when you arrive. Minus one star as they're a little pricey for the portions they serve. But not every sushi restaurant makes kama and they have hamachi on their menu, priced fairly average for the area.
At best, We Be barely making rent, it seems. Hopefully, this not the way that mom used to make it. It is certainly not the way I remember it used to be. Sashimi is drowning in ponzu and daikon and onions. It falls apart..the way that raw fish should not. I will not be returning. おぞましい and 恶心的!
How is this place not more well known. Very very fair prices and more importantly very tasty sushi! Good selection of drinks too.
A staple sushi spot that is consistently good. My 16 year old daughter grew up eating sushi here and it's a family favorite.
