We had our wedding luncheon here and it was perfect. We rented the Billiards Room and it was intimate and quiet enough to where all our guests (10) could converse. The food was awesome- best burger I’ve ever had, seriously- and the service was spectacular. Also very reasonable pricing. I can’t recommend enough!!! Also- try the Banoffee Tart. So yummy! Dietary restrictions: Very attentive and knowledgeable with dietary restrictions- my mom is GF/ dairy free, and several of our guests had severe nut allergies.
Awesome food and service.
Amazing food and service, people was super super nice. The food we ordered was just great and the lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Rocio, was extremely friendly and diligent. 100% recommend this place
Feels the part of a really nice restaurant. Be prepared for a wait even if you have a reservation (recommend just grabbing bar seats if available). Also, if you’re looking for privacy, the place is small - there wasn’t any space separating us from our neighbors. The food was good and can see the potential
Really was hoping for a better experience. Good wine list and drinks, but overall experience was lacking. Our server was very aloof and told us there were no specials, only items listed on the menu. Another couple was also seated directly next to us, so that I could not hear my partner speak at all. The server for this other table provided explanation of multiple specials, all of which sounded better than the regular menu options. It was disappointing that I ordered something I wouldn't have otherwise, had we been provided with the specials. The fried chicken I ordered was fine, nothing great. Perhaps on a different day, different server, without a boisterous couple seated within inches of us- it would be better. Just really underwhelming overall.
Food and atmosphere are great. We did not have the best experience with the service: we waited a long time to get our table (we were on time for our reservation and our table was seemingly ready); we got frequently interrupted in our conversations by the servers; we were asked to pass on our dishes to the front of the table as we were leaving.
Food is decent. was here with a group of work folks.
I took my wife here after she had a very long weekend working 10+ hour days. It was exactly what she needed. The service was amazing, and she was able to geek out with their sommelier over wine recommendations. Their steak for two was delicious, and my wife loved the oysters (I'll take her word for it since I can't stand them). Everyone on staff was lovely, and our waiter actually asked the chef for a gluten free option for dessert. He came back with an off-menu panna cotta with fresh fruit, which was amazing. I'm not sure when we'll be back in SF, but we will definitely be coming here again. Dietary restrictions: They are able to accommodate people gluten allergies.
