Wawa

If this place doesn't get rid of their current slogan soon, I'm going to deduct a star! "Gotta have a Wawa" in combination with the voice actors delivery makes me cringe. Have to deduct a star for this update. The pizza is pitiful, kind of a bowling alley/7-11 style. Stay in your lane Wawa, you do Hoagies, not pizza pie. Although, the small pizza you had years ago, was much better. The lottery machine gives the wrong selection sometimes and is almost always not scanning. The coffee just doesn't seem as good now. On a positive note, some of the sweetest cashiers ever.

This Wawa location has the worse customer service ever. I am loyal customer been coming here for years but I see that's about to change because enough is enough because I am not going keep coming here spending my money of keep getting treated poorly and rudley by certain people that work there. It's like mostly every time I go there I always get treated rudley when I am ordering for my service. I mean I am spending my money I should be able to get what I ask for, like for example when I order my smoothies I always ask for extra ice because I like my smoothies thick not all running like water. But they will get mad or treat me with a rudley behavior towards me if I ask can they make my smoothie like I wanted like I said before I am customer been coming here for years and that's how they treat customers. It's not really about the smoothie I was just using one of the reasons of they rudley behavior towards me. My main concern is since day 1 they shown me nasty attitude and poor customer service so I give them the same energy they give me but like I said before I will take myself to a different Wawa store that there customer service is way more better than this Wawa.This Wawa needs to improve better management and The other employees that work there as well. Poor customer service the worse ever

Employees socialize to the extent that they cannot accurately complete orders.

One of my favorite wawa locations, self ordering kiosks make order easy, friendly cashier and to go counter. Convenient location to fill up gas , get coffee, a hoagie or one of their cold beverages, and a good variety of to go food, sandwiches, hoagies, pizza, etc

Only place open between Hampstead and Owings mills. Thank you
