This has happened three separate times when I've gone to this location. I will order a chicken parmesan sandwich then when I get the sandwich there'll be no sauce on it. This location will evidently make a sandwich without a sauce and not tell the person and just realize that when they get home they'll realize there's no sauce and they'll just deal with it. If you're out of something don't just make a sandwich and go along with it and then give it to the guest as if it was exactly what they ordered. The level of service at this location is ridiculous. There is no customer service. They need to have customer service training because nobody here knows how to handle situations. They panic when they're out of something then they just make something without the main part that is needed and then hand it to the person in order to even though that's not what they ordered. Three times. Absolute trash

Precisa de mais assistentes no período noturno! 30min para conseguir pegar 1 sanduíche!! Ninguém liga se tem 20 pessoas esperando, apenas aceite os funcionários fazendo seu sanduíche super devagar.

Parking lots always full of homeless people drug addicts and drug dealers. And I'm pretty sure the workers fall under the same three categories... They're always out of food half the time the order comes out wrong and the workers are always so rude about it. Definitely not a place I would choose to keep going it will definitely put a damper on your road trip.

Wawa was great, I was in and out. The food was really good. Cashiers were very nice.

Had to wait 60 minutes for a meatball Sandwich I ordered in advance. The food was moving slow until two employees named Tabitha and Lailyn arrived, they provided great customer service and powered through a substantial amount of orders in a very short time. In the time the other two employees got through 2 orders, they were doing 6-7. The associate manager Erik there was making sandwiches at a snails pace and decided to be dismissive initially and then ignored. Another manager who's name I didn't catch, came in and sorted it out thankfully. I'd rather not wait my entire lunch break for food I ordered before it even started so I won't be coming back anytime soon
