I’m a server at Cooper Fish Restaurant and I stop at this station on the night when I’m on my way home from work. was craving a bagel sandwich and unfortunately it wasn’t quit what I expected. As I was on my way home after purchasing my order. The bagel was as hard as a rock. I could not chew it. It seemed like it was placed in the microwave instead of toasting it. Last evening;; I stopped by again to order another bagel and this time. I asked the person preparing the sandwich; not to place it in the microwave and of course it was placed in the microwave again. I was extremely disappointed at the attention provided to given your customers the best experience. Prior to leaving the store.I used the restroom and it was truly disgusting. The toilet paper was wet, not on the roll, and the floors were all dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped for months. I informed the manager Patrika or Patrickia and she basically looked at me like I was out of my mind and never apologized or had someone clean it up!! She wasn’t pleasant to speak with and showed no interest in making you feel welcomed. I think I’ll just go to pump gas and nothing more. Not a good experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Literally the laughing stock of all WAWAS. They take over half the stuff off the screen. They never have the drinks I get from other wawas. This literally needs to be shut down and turned into a 7 11. Absolute

I made an app order at Margate WAWA to this Deerfield location by accident. I called Deerfield immediately and requested a cancel. The attendant tried to go around the work and try to tell me she can't do refunds that I would have to do over the app, which is impossible. Someone next to her then told her we can do cancellations so she switched the story to okay we are taking care of it for you, your order is now cancelled. Its been a week and the order was never cancelled, she apparently just lied over the phone to get me off the phone.

I waited 1 hour for a pizza because someone took my pizza after they didn’t call out a number and some guy just thought it was his pizza even though he looked at the number before taking it. After he took it I waited a while to ask about my pizza because maybe he ordered before but he didn’t, when I asked the lady goes “it’s in the oven” before I could even finish saying what I was saying. I have been coming to this location since it opened, it’s sad they would just let this happen to someone who comes everyday! I didn’t get anything but a “oh sorry it’s in the oven now” when they finally started making my pizza after over 40 minutes waiting.
