Awesome dishes, great flavors, generous portions.
Not as good as it used to be. Homard tastes different. Salad came without dressing ?? Service was very good. Ridiculously loud in main room
First of all, I don’t like places that make you order your food same time as the appetizer. The wagyu steak I was recommended for the special was a lot of grizzle. My daughter’s wagyu was cold. The server was nice. I didn’t have an option for side other than the lobster Mac and cheese. I ordered the steak because I wasn’t interested in seafood. My wife order the lobster. Her lobster came with spaghetti with black ink. She would be ok with the spaghetti but she’s allergic to the black ink. They didn’t let her substitute and she had to change her dish.
Was excited to go here for the first time and there was a live bug/worm in my girlfriend’s salad. We stepped up and left.
Food was delicious and service was excellent! We got the Waterzooi mussels and the soup was delicious! The Mac and cheese for kids were good too. Oyster was fresh!
About a year ago we walked out because the nasty hostess refused to seat us in a location other than the rear patio which is essentially in the parking lot. We gave it another shot yesterday and weren’t too impressed. Service was excellent but the main dining room was so packed you would need a shoe horn to fit one more body in there. Way too crowded! The mussels bouillabaisse were underwhelming. We’ve had better mussels at far less pricey establishments on Long Island. I highly doubt my wagyu special with truffled potatoes and lobster was actually wagyu. It was served cold and not very tender. It tasted more like ordinary skirt steak. The Korean style ribs appetizer and bread pudding dessert were both outstanding. We would probably return but it’s not on the top of our list. Mostly hype.
Always great food and service!
