Rode our motorcycles there to enjoy the rooftop and nice day. Had Appetizers and drinks. Food, drinks and service was great. We loved the decor. Definitely will return again.

This is our second time at Waterloo and it was awful! Our first time the food was good, this was several years ago, the onion rings were excellent and the burger was delicious. The bottled beer menu is very limited probably why we didn’t go back sooner. But the atmosphere is awesome! Our second visit was a nightmare! The burger was overdone and dry, the bun tasted old and the onion rings were hard and terrible as if they were sitting under hot lamp for hours! My partner got the stirfry bowl and said it was mediocre. The noodles did not taste fresh. The server was sweet but apparently New ???? An experienced server would’ve noticed when a person does not eat food and would normally check in. We could’ve rectified this situation, but the only time the server came back was to pick up my partners bowl and asked me if I wanted a box. They did comp my basic plate (as I did not eat it) but the up charges were not rectified. I went in Hungry and left Hungry / Angry. The experience was so bad I called to complain to the manager. He was gracious and apologized, offering a gift card. I thought that was kind but I’m not sure I want to subject myself to this type of experience again. Kid-friendliness: There is a huge picture of Johnny Cash flipping off the world. It doesn’t bother me as an adult, but if I was with children probably not so much. Wheelchair accessibility: Not

Come here throughout the year but we also come every st Patty's day for their corned beef and it's so good! We also tried their beef jerky appetizer and it was delicious!
