Water Tower Grill & Bar

Starting from the manager Lhen who took our reservation over the phone to our server Andrew and the Date night special meal we shared it was a wonderful 5 star experience. We definitely will dine here again and highly recommend it!

The steak was the best I've had in years. The grilled vegetables were cooked to perfection. The Chocolate Obsession and the Haskap Berry cheesecake completed the meal with a WOW. Parking: Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking.

Absolutely amazing food. My favourite restaurant in Lethbridge!! We went on Wednesday for some live jazz, great music!! The atmosphere was uplifting and restoring, with a gorgeous view of the city. I highly recommend going to the Water Tower.

Our server Andrew was great! The food was very good & the view was amazing. Unfortunately it was very warm in there due to some HVAC challenges but the staff all did their best and made it comfortable. It's been a while since we've had such great service. Thanks!

Great food, service and atmosphere!!

Wonderful meals, friendly helpful service. Like the expanded menu selection. We'll certainly be back. More expensive than expected, but perhaps simply a sign of the times Parking: A bit inconvenient to access and exit the lot. Plenty of spots during our visit late Sunday afternoon.

First time eating here, no A/C, therefore incredibly hot during the whole meal. It was hot to the point where I was quite uncomfortable and was looking forward to leaving. Also, having dinner on the formal floor with other people in baseball hats, tank tops and hoodies was disappointing. Very much so affected the atmosphere. I’m only 20 years old and would have appreciated more effort from all those older than me. Put a dress shirt on and do your hair. It’s not that hard. A dress code would be nice. Food portions were also rather small considering the price of each meal.

Experience was amazing! The food was DELICIOUS and the drinks terrific! I'd definitely go again.
