Wat Da Pho

Delicious pho broth. I ordered beef and brisket with extra side of tendon. At first I thought the tendon wasn’t enough but it turns out it was. Service was basic, but I added stars because when I accidentally set my mouth on fire (jalapeños) and asked for a small bit of milk, they gladly brought it to me to I could avert emergency and finish my delicious meal. The Bao with bbq pork was good enough, but not the Chinese bbq pork I was expecting. Everyone in our party (5 Asians and the token white guy) enjoyed the meal, mostly pho, but also crab fried rice, anti-meat lemongrass vermicelli bowl, fried veg spring rolls, and fresh chicken rolls, and one other spicy noodle soup dish Bun Bo Hue. I spied a rich pho in stone bowl with huge Fed Flintstone style soup bones at the table next to me. I was jealous. It’s Meat Sweat Pho in stone bowl. It’s on my list for next time.

It was wonderful experience. I ordered the p11. The noodles and chicken plus the broth was sooo good.

Visiting Dayton OH for the eclipse and saw the place near my hotel. Great! I love Summer rolls! Well DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! 1. They call it a soft spring roll. 2. They try to add some form of nasty sausage to it. 3. They do not know what a summer roll is. Desiccated pork does not belong in a summer roll. What does belong is rice noodle, shredded carrot, more than one shrimp, lettuce and cilantro or basil. Maybe this is what they have to do for Ohio people, but it is an embarrassment to Vietnamese cuisine. Add judging by the number of half full bowls of pho left unfinished that I saw sitting on multiple tables, I would assume that was incorrectly prepared also. The only good thing was that the staff was nice.

Unbeatable pho for super great prices! One bowl can easily make two meals! Service is a bit slow but I'm usually there with friends so we aren't in a rush anyway

Food was great. Love the pho and tea. Would recommend to anyone. Fast and very friendly.

I am not a fan of a lot of toppings so I love that you can get a very basic Pho here, and it still has amazing flavor! I am also convinced that it is a healing elixir because it has fixed me every time I have gotten sick lol.
