Very authentic!

I am thinking of visiting Jakarta for vacation but haven’t tried Indonesian cuisine yet so I went here to try it. The food is very good and the customer service is excellent. There are more Indonesian customers so it must be authentic. I am glad I stopped by this place

The best indonesian food of all Indonesian restaurants I've ever been to in the US. Very authentic. I got nasi campur, tahu isi, and nasi goreng cakalang. My favorite is nasi campur and tahu isi. I really appreciate the authenticity. ❤️

Good food, so delicious.

I’m from Indonesia and I always make my own Indonesian food. When my friend told me about this new Indonesian restaurant, I was so excited to try it. I went there on Wednesday, 1/31 around noon. Bought a portion of “mie ayam” for take out. The restaurant is a small part of a restaurant. The space is small and pretty tight, has 6 tables with 4 chairs each. Not much room left for moving around. Not bad though. There was a large group of Indonesian customers with one American man. There’s a young woman going back and forth from their kitchen with the food for herself and a young man (maybe her boyfriend). Idk if she’s a part of the restaurant staff but she and her boyfriend were eating in the same room with the customer without checking on the customers. I don’t think that’s a professional way to run a restaurant business. Maybe that’s normal in that restaurant. ‍♀️. The food is okay. Not great but not terrible. The price is a little bit pricey. The noodles are overcooked. The chicken is okay. The seasonings are not the best. The meatballs, I tasted more flour than the beef. It’s a little bit chewy. Actually I was planning to come back with my family and try other food on the menu but maybe I need to reconsider that. Thank you.

As Indonesian, I will say in Bahasa so Indonesian in Texas, especially Houston will know that we have this amazing restaurant all we want. Saya berkunjung ke Houston dan berharap menemukan makanan Indonesia yang enak, berbekal Google search, ketemulah Warung Indo atau Yuan Kitchen, menunya sangat komplit dengan cita rasa yang bisa dibilang sempurna seperti masakan Indonesia pada umumnya. Pempeknya sangat enak udah gak kalah dengan Pempek asli Palembang, gorengan seperti Tempe Mendoan, Tahu Isi juga nikmat rasanya pas Indonesia! Es Cendolpun segarnya juara! Diservice dengan sangat ramah oleh mbak server yang saya rasa putri dari pemilik yang bisa berbahasa Indonesia menambah nuansa hangat menyantap hidangan nusantara. Tempat ini sangat recommended!
