I comprehend the Walmart system and acknowledge its imperfections. Although I typically refrain from reviewing Walmarts, my recent encounter on April 30th around 11:00 am necessitates feedback. The service I received today was unprecedentedly poor, particularly at the self-checkout. The handheld scanner malfunctioned, requiring assistance. Regrettably, the response I received was accompanied by an attitude, with blame directed at my supposed inability to operate the device. While I hesitate to delve into cultural implications with this staff member, it's evident that Walmart's staff training needs improvement. To exacerbate matters, the attendant proceeded to scan items (albeit begrudgingly) and inadvertently duplicated a charge, only noticed upon payment. Seeking clarification on my receipt, I was met with further rudeness from the same staff member, who insisted I visit customer service. While I understand that mishaps occur, accountability is essential, especially for those overseeing self-checkouts. When customers require assistance beyond their control, being treated with respect, rather than disdain, should be a basic expectation
The Manager here is top notch and I love that they actually have Healthy Dogfood like Jinx. I don't have to buy Salmon Oil or Probiotics and after Ellie stopped eating her other Dogfood, Jinx helped her stomach and coat in just a week. They also have a grain free salmon that still has taurine for the heart, pumpkin Tumeric, 20 different super foods and NO Chicken or byproducts.
