So in the past 2 days I have spent over $500 at this store one of my purchases was 58 inch TV and a wall mounting bracket the wall mounting bracket was a return from somebody who had already used it so after I got the bracket hung on the wall and went looking through the box I noticed the hooks missing when I called the manager to discuss it she hung up on me so I'm done shopping at Walmart I will pay the extra money and start buying my groceries at Fry's and my electronics at Best Buy or cons I don't feel I should be treated the way I was treated after spending that much money and more which I usually do in that store hopefully this grabs some attention so the person that hung up on me that has a management position should be busted down to greeter and even that job is probably too good for her so how to make a long story short they would not resolve my problem even though I have the receipt
Didn’t have the safety equipment that I was looking for. Found safety vests at the Walmart on Val Vista
I asked 2 customer service to help me at the electronics. I waited a full thirty minutes. Nothing.I'm was going to go in there to buy expensive headsets over $200. Oh well they lose a customer for that
Awesome got groceries on my way home from the theater. The strawberries look amazing I took my battery core back for battery exchange only $12 wow... they are so expensive you would think your return would be way higher. $209 for the battery only $12 for the core seems really wrong
Sketchy people and no visible security makes me feel uncomfortable shopping there
