Kristina an employee of this Walmart refused to let us use the 15 items or less lane when we had LESS than fifteen items. She was extremely rude and physically aggressive towards us when she blocked our way when we had LESS THAN FIFTEEN ITEMS.
Such an irritating experience. I waited forever for them to come unlock something in cosmetics.
It was a pleasant enough excursion. Items are in stock. Very weird to have no self checkout. I don't steal but I can only imagine that is why self checkout is closed

I ordered 12 items for delivery. When my order arrived at my door, I brought it inside minutes after it was photographed. I looked through the bags & found 4 items missing (~40$). I checked my e-mail and I was charged for these items. Through Chat, I explained the situation and was advised to call. So, I called & was told I could get a refund or replacement, but than I was connected to another department which approved neither option and just kept saying "all the items were there," like I can't count. Four items were missing...the majority of the cost of the order. I am calling the store in the morning to complain and see what they have to say. After that horrible delivery & customer service experience, I am no longer expecting any sort of resolution to this theft of my money. I am never going to or using a Walmart again.
