I'm very dissatisfied with the way they handled business the other day. I spent $40 on an adult product and didn't realize until I got home that there was nothing in the box, so I went back there with the receipt and told them, but their policy states there's no return for the product, so they didn't give me my money back or a replacement to compensate me. I tried contacting the company multiple times, but it's 31 days later and still no response. I feel robbed and taken advantage of.
