I made an appointment at 8 a.m. for an oil change. I got there at 7:35 a.m. The auto center employee told me They could only take my car in at 9:30 a.m. because he was alone and the manager was not there. Why make appointments then? Also, I called the Walmart Customer Service Line. The lady took my complaint in, had me wait for 10 minutes and then told me I would have to call the service manager at the store to finish the complaint? Well, part of the complaint was that the service manager was not there. I decided to use a Groupon Coupon and went to Midas where I paid basically $4 dollars more than Walmart, but got free coffee, bottled water, a decent wait area, good customer service, and was out of there in 25 minutes, no excuses! I don't feel Walmart appreciates its customers. I had been thinking of joining Walmart+. I think this experience made me change my mind. Will stick to Amazon and will probably get my next oil change elsewhere.

I went to Walmart at River City to get a light bulb at 10:00 a.m. and was told that there was nobody there yet to open up the case WTH

Used to work there several years ago, early 2020 to late 2021. It looks like nothing has changed since I left. Now I am working for a Fortune 500 government IT company, a whole different atmosphere. I'm disappointed that the customer relationship is still poor but if efforts are in place to try to improve, then its only a matter of time for condition to improve. My two cents: More community outreach, less assuming. More training, less unhappy customers.

Great prices for a one stop shopping experience on whatever you may need. Employees are helpful and friendly.

This one star is just for the sporting goods section I have been here 35 minutes they have called three times for assistance. I’m beginning to think they don’t want to sell this stuff. After an hour I gave up. Customer service just called for someone again then to find out they everyone that had the key was on lunch. Process is clearly broken. It’s best to buy online
