They follow you excessively, Guess they suspicious of everyone

Dirty and understaffed. They can’t seem to effectively find a way to check out items. Self check out is always closed and they only ever have a couple people running registers. It’s always a 10 minute wait to buy anything. Bought a deli ham sandwich that was frozen rock solid, the bag of chips had perforations and the Red Bull was sticky all over the entire can. Waste of time and money and I’m still hungry.

This place is trash trash trash they over charged me for laundry soap after the guy did it I brought it to his attention and he said I can’t do returns here I’m like what a return can I just get my money that you overcharged me mind u it’s almost 10 pm he directed me to customer service which was closed no one had a clue including the manger Vanessa she couldn’t refund me my money which I gave them in cash a 100 bill and from my hand to there’s and they couldn’t give me what they overcharged me SMDH she told me I had y to come back tomorrow what a inconvenience I hate Walmart especially this one I totally shop at Kingsoopers and tonight I thought let’s give it a try and another bad experience no wonder why the Walmart corporation was getting sued for overcharging people well there still doing it my advice to people pay attention and check you receipts or u get taken advantage of and who knows maybe it’s a scanm and the employees are pocketing the money Ughh

There is this one employee in particular named Charlie. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service I always receive from Charlie, She is always incredibly friendly. It's not every day that you meet someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Charlie is definitely one of those rare gems. Thank you for always being so kind Charlie :)

Grocery pick-up takes FOREVER. Have waited so long that I've watched customers park, go into the store and back to their cars with their stuff while I'm still waiting. WHICH brings me to my second gripe: there are always people parking in the pick-up reserved spots who get out and go in the store. Why do people do that?? Reading a sign is not a skill these people have apparently.
