Nice Walmart, close to other shopping stores

Went in at 10:00pm, sign says they close at 11:00pm, the customer service counter was already closed !! I tried calling before I came here but no one will answer the phone, on any extension. If the customer service isn't open the hours posted then that needs posted, as well as on the recorded message on the phone, since nobody will answer the phone. This isn't the first issue I've had at this location, the staff is lazy and wonders around the aisles aimlessly, if you make eye contact with them they immediately go the other way, if you do speak to one of them it's never their department. Then why are they in it. I've had to wait in line while someone went to their car to get their purse !!! The managers do absolutely nothing but stand around and gossip with one another. If there is an issue, any issue, they can't handle it. This store is so mismanaged, people walk around like they have all the power until there is a problem, then those powerful know it all run to the office and can't be bothered. What do you expect, everyone there is foreign.

I placed an order at this Walmart for delivery groceries on April 7. I never received these items, so it should not have been posted to my bank account. It posted anyways, and I still have not received my refund 3 weeks later. I spoke to several people through customer service as well as the store manager. I was told there was nothing they could do and was sent back to customer service, and I get the same story that they "escalated it to the billing department" with each rep I talk to, they say the same thing, and there is no record of the issue being escalated to billing. They continue to hold on to my money, and refuse to give me a store credit instead. Do not shop here, do not use the app, it's a waste of money and time and you won't get your money back.
