Worst Walmart ever never coming back, a few days ago my brother got some money from Easter and he paid 60 dollars for a drone, he ends up not really liking it so we go to exchange it for a race car that is the same price a few days later. The lady at the customer service desk tells us to show a receipt my dad shows a photo because she accidentally threw away the real copy the lady tells us we need a physical receipt or the card we used we used cash when we paid so we couldn’t do that, then my dad tells her it’s the same thing and we ended up asking for a manager he tells us the same thing then my dad says we can just print it out and show you guys it’s the same thing my 7 YEAR OLD BROTHER who paid for it himself starts getting emotional but no the manager does not care he also had an attitude with us the entire time it was ridiculous what a way too on talk to a paying customer! My dad couldn’t believe it and felt really and for my brother so he ended up buying a toy car for him with his own money that he earned and was saving can you believe it, this was a bad experience and I rather go to target and pay the expensive prices than be In this pit hole of a store hope your reading this Walmart !!!!

Produce mostly frozen and prices at the cashier not updated with shelf prices. Today another unhappy teller rang twice each item. Told her just to get ignored ,had to stand in line customer service to get refund
