We had the fried catfish meal and the shrimp poboy. I am not a catfish fan by any means but have to admit it was great & I would actually order it for myself. My mom loved it. Her meal was hot and tasted great. The poboy was not the quality it usually is. Not many shrimp and too much breading on the shrimp that was there. Bread fell apart as you tried to eat it, very little lettuce/tomato. Our waitress was awesome - friendly, helpful & attentive but not hovering!
I'm sad to see the local news reporting the Walk On's Pensacola is closing after this Halloween weekend. I wish they could have made it through the College football season.
The food is pretty decent. The andouille flavor in the steak is too heavy and not balanced out with other seasonings. The drinks and desserts are pretty good. It would be nice if their bread pudding didn't have the nuts already added in. Dietary restrictions: Need to be tree nut free friendly
Good food, great service, lots of tvs for sports!
Great place for food and drinks & customer service was exceptional ❤️
This place made me so happy! I had a bad morning and went to lunch here. I had the blackened redfish! It was perfect!!! I had to tell my waitress to tell the cook how happy it made me!!
Stopped on the way back from picking up friends at the airport. Large Louisiana themed sports bar with of course lots of TV's, classic bar food plus southern staples like red beans and rice. Came at lunch and it wasn't that busy, and sat near the bar. I was driving so no drinks for me, but my friend enjoyed his '$12 old fashion' which he described as '3 shots of makers mark' and as good as that sounds. He had a liquid lunch in keeping with his last few days of vacation. She had the chicken bomber which she raved about. Unfortunately things didn't go so well with my hangover burger which was overcooked and almost burnt. Probably should've sent it back but was too tired to complain. The service was friendly but other things put me off. The mustard bottle was covered in what I can only describe as 'filth'. I walked the 3 steps over to the bar and swapped out bottles again without complaint. And I would occasionally get wafts of a funky drain. Not sure if I would return to this particular location.
Food was good but hush puppies were too well done. The platter price was a little too high for what you get.
