Always great food, drinks, & service.
Only 2nd time eating here and definitely not same quality. Not many people dining either. Sad, had a great experience 1st visit. People with me said they wouldn't return and it was their first visit.
We arrived at opening. Placed and received our orders quickly. I ordered three tacos (two fish/one carnitas). I ended up receiving two Carnitas tacos and one fish taco. The fish tacos were definitely better. I requested spicy hot sauce but it was mild at best. The tacos were filling as they all contained plenty of slaw and meat. I lost out on a dollar from not receiving the fish taco, but I ate everything and was satisfied.
We just went to dine in at a restaurant we hadn't eaten at in a while. The cashier was very informative, gave us all the options to each dish we ordered, and we ordered a lot of food. I highly recommend Wahoo's for the environment, staff, cleanliness, and overall great food. We had the chicken and steak fajitas (which were fresh, hot and crispy), the ckn tortilla soup (packed a lot of flavor and very hearty) the cajun fries, the ckn/cheese loaded quesadilla, the fish citrus slaw taco (very light, summery, and full of flavor), the carne asada 1988 taco, the carne asada burrito, and the churo chips. We intended the apps to be served up first while we waited, but it all came out very expediently. We enjoyed our experience and all of the very fresh food with a great twist to the usual heaviness and greasiness that somw mexican food offera. The two men that helped us were very welcoming and provided great service. We wil definitely be back again, just won't wait soo long to return. If you're looking for diversity in the menu, wholesome filling food, this place is highly recommended! Thank you Wahoo's for the amazing experience! Vegetarian options: Many options with fresh veggies, bowls, salads etc Dietary restrictions: They have such a wide variety of choices, almost anyone can find a plate there they'd be filled with Kid-friendliness: Lots of menu options Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wide space to accommodate a person with disabilities
The guy that took my order was nice, but I ordered Cajun fries and they gave me regular. Other than that, food was great. I didn't like that they asked for a tip before we received our order. Typically I tip based on the quality of the service I receive. I still left a $10 tip on a $40 bill. I enjoyed the restaurant.
The food and drinks were reasonable and really good. For two of us we paid about $20 for 2 drinks and a large plate of loaded nacho chips shared with all the toppings with salsa.
Great food served quick and very casual for easy dining.
