Burger was cold, waiter said just cooked it liar
I didn’t even get a chance to speak really before I caught an attitude from the lady behind the bar. I understand working at the airport can be rough with customers but honestly just quit if you can’t even start off positive and change mood after a bad encounter. I was using the QR code on the bar while reading the menu and she came over to me and asked if she can help me. I showed her I was ordering on the app and she immediately took the menu like I couldn’t have it (there was more menus on the bar in front of me) and that’s when she got the attitude telling me about it being dine in only and how the to go wasn’t open and then aggressively asked me if I’m gonna dine. I had more than enough time to dine but I just lied and said “no my flight leaves in 20 I can’t” bc at that point I didn’t even want to anymore. Idk if this is her but the QR code said the server was Daralyn. It’s too early in the morning for attitude, I just opened my eyes mam
How can a burger joint mess up on fries? They did not wow in any way, shape or form. I had no interest in even finishing them and I am a french fry addict. So disappointing!

It's unacceptable to burden users with unnecessary trouble and then exploit them financially. The lack of clarity and transparency in their process is alarming. There should be a straightforward option to close tabs without fear of additional charges. It's disheartening to encounter such tactics aimed at extracting money from customers. Beware of this deceitful practice. Even if follow the process they mentioned in have been charged
Messed up my order! Never delivered the chili we ordered as well! Charged me for a double when I got a single burger! Waitress didn’t care

I used the self-ordering counter and purchased a bacon burger. However, upon receiving it, I found it to be barely warm. The test was well below average. Furthermore, I did not receive the soft drink I had ordered. Fortunately, I retained the receipt, as the server claimed that no drink had been ordered. It's disappointing that the establishment tarnishes the welcoming atmosphere of Boston airport.
