We called in and asked for one table for 8 people. The lady who was on the phone kept saying we have to set two separate tables. We said we want to have all set together with our family and whenever you guys have big table just let us know. She didn’t let us talk and kept saying she will give us two separate tables. We didn’t force her to give us any table but to give us a time and availability for big table so that we can experience together .Please let someone else has common sense to talk to customers. We came here many times and suggested friends to come here but this kind of manner to talk to customer is unacceptable !

Food was amazing and service was top notch with Ting! 3rd time coming here and definitely will not be the last.

2.5/5 I would say if you’ve never had wagyu, try it. But if you’ve had wagyu or even you’ve had great meat, DO NOT. I came by myself, if you go there 1-2 people, DO NOT. If you go there in groups, YES I think it is a good place to share the variety of foods. The only okay meat I think is the one in my grill in the video. Yes they fresh cut their meat, but the meats are not fresh. Because I’ve dealt with a whole fresh beef tongue before. And I have fresh meats all the time. All the pieces on that cow it looks great, but the quality I would not say so. As a meat lover, I am disappointed. Yes the server came to ask how I was doing A LOT. But it was just like 走过场 (they ask but THEY DO NOT CARE). Why did I say that? I only get to have the heat turn lower when I ASKED, even when the server clearly noticed that my heat is too high for me. I only get to get my refill for my drink when I ASKED even when the server clearly noticed that my drink was already empty for a while. By the way the drinks are separated so I believe it is reasonable for me to not want to have just one drink for same price in a restaurant that I pay service for. The robot for the food send the wrong items TWO times, which I don’t appreciate it because you are ruining my experience. The situation like this, I’ve noticed there were a lot of servers just hanging out behind my desk. So they weren’t busy they really didn’t care. When I was deciding which price should I pick, I wanted myself to have the best experience so I go with the higher price one $88. And my server told me if I can add another $20 Since I came by myself, I asked what if I cannot finish it. The server SMILING said he could ask the manager to give me a to-go box, which I can tell from his face that they have done this thing before. So I added another $20 for more options. But while I was still working, the server told me that the manager says “No we can’t do a to-go box, but don’t worry about the leftovers.” YES I totally UNDERSTAND this IF you DOUBLE CHECK IT BEFORE I ADD THE EXTRA MONEY TO MY BILL. Which would show your professionalism more. Even I totally understand that for all you can eat it is usually no. I do feel like the server should make sure of this when we discuss the menu, it is the server and restaurant’s responsibility to explain everything before guests start the meal. But I kind of feel like you “tricked” me for the extra money and then tell me no. Also, for a quality like this, and price like this, I would appreciate if someone can grill for me. If not, you should raise your standards for the meats because it is too average for the price and the brand you are trying to be. Also, the robot shouldn’t make mistakes because it is just easy for people to check which table ordered something which table didn’t as they send the robot over.

First time here, came for my wife’s birthday with our friends. To say the least, we were blown away! To start off our server Ting was amazing and very attentive throughout the whole experience. The showmanship of the place along with the ambience made it the perfect setting for this occasion. Will definitely be back as it is 100% worth it.

We ordered the 88usd package. It is fine when u eat a few, but when u started eating like 2nd or 3rd dishes… it gets oily and disgusting. They didn’t trim the oil off on the wagyu meat (pic8&9) it’s way too oily and fatty. It is unhealthy to devour that much fat in one meal. Beef tongue: The beef tongue is fine. Lobster: fine. I think it is actually better than the beef…ngl Scallop: total scam..(check pic10) Sashimi: the shrimp is not that fresh and kinda fishy, others r fine… Mochi: meh. It’s just ice-cream. We had to pay 18% on this meal. The tip was around 33usd… idk…but heard this was Jackson want’s fav restaurant… I am speechless no comment lol

Our server Jin(?) was super attentive and the manager stopped by a few times to check on us. Definitely a place to stop by if you’re ever in Chicago.

My kids and I went for lunch. We chose the $48 all you can eat which consist of different appetizers and meats. The steak was delicious, best Kimchi I've ever had. The shrimp was not cleaned on top that was definitely gross. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy that. The Ramen was amazing , and a lot of other things. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. We booked for a birthday . When we checked in the hostess asked who birthday it was, but surprisingly there was no desert or acknowledgement of it at the table. That was disappointing! But overall everything was great, I'd definitely visit again.
