After a previously disappointing experience at the Birmingham site, our server Nathan was a brilliant help, assisting to choose dishes we really enjoyed. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. The kitchen staff and chefs quickly put together our chosen dishes which were delicious. Whilst we were there, there was a somewhat delicate incident in the restaurant which the whole staff dealt with calmly, showing great patience and care. Top marks to Nathan and his team

Food ok service could be better the girl serving us did not wanna be there

The food at was undeniably delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the friendly staff, the pace was slow, causing some frustration among diners. While the ambiance was pleasant and the presentation of dishes was impeccable, the delay in service detracted from the overall dining experience. With a bit more attention to timing and efficiency, has the potential to be a top-notch dining destination.

The food was delicious. We were lucky when we got here because there was only one couple in the queue in front of us, but within 15 minutes of sitting the queue was building up. By the time we left people were queuing all the way up the stairs and to the door. I would go back, but I wouldn't queue for that long. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie and vegan options available. Dietary restrictions: Wagamama are very good with dietary restrictions. There is plenty of vegan/veggie options and if there are any other restrictions just let the wait staff know and they will help pick things out for you.

I love Wagamama. Food quality is as good as always. This one in particular was not that busy which is a plus and the waiter was very nice and polite

I had a great time at this Wagamama branch, the server Blythe was great and her service was amazing.

La comida está muy buena y Harry fue muy atento con nosotras. El sitio es bonito, está limpio y no es muy caro. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
