Waffle House

Since we came to live in Alabama it was my favorite place but unfortunately yesterday we went to dinner and the service was lousy they only gave us a napkin and a fork, the waffles four and super burned looked like a cookie, only a sandwich in an individual plate, but the lady did prepare a waffle for her very well, and to finish the box to take without a lid, how sad.

I wouldn't walk back in here if it was the last Waffle House on earth. Just call this one the Awful House. First off, I walked in and there was only one customer sitting at the bar and he was already eating. I gave my order and heard her call it out to the cook. The toast was wrong and the eggs were wrong, both I had to correct myself. We got this meal to go and when we got it home that's when we discovered everything else. Egg shells and pieces of plastic were found in my wife's waffle. From what I observed in the restaurant, they cross contaminate constantly. I never saw them wash there hands and they seemed to be more interested in everything that was happening outside of their job. Overall, I'd give this place ZERO stars but it won't let me. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!

This place needs to close. The food was horrible, burnt eggs,old grits and the sausage was cold. The waitress was out smoking near the dumpster and didn't wash her hands upon her return to the inside. Watch out people.

The older lady was nice. The cook was horrible. He don’t care at all. We were missing food. The bacon was burnt and the grits were watery and lumpy. My first and last time ever at this location. They were empty but the tables were still dirty. We had 4 teenagers, a toddler, my husband and I. After bowling we were starving but we still didn’t even eat. That’s how bad it was!!

02/12/24 no coffee at waffle house? Women's bathroom out of service, only one waitress working, and supposedly both coffee machines are broke, what a joke!!
