Waffle House

Super friendly staff and fast service. We had a great meal and all the employees were so nice and engaging. Vegetarian options: I love a good grilled cheese but if I’m not feeling that then I always get an egg and cheese sandwich with extra cheese.

So many things wrong on the order! No chips in waffle, no cheese in eggs, no cheese in hashbrowns, burnt black bacon, hashbrowns instead of grits, and my scrambled eggs had a full cooked yolk in them. Cook was the main problem, but waitress just gave us some cold cheese and pb to fix it, and the grits. Cook left fridge open while cooking, and eggs had a sign saying to discard at a time nine hours ago. Bacon in fridge was directly on the shelf and carboard.

Terrible service at this place the servers all had attitudes even though I was being polite and apologizing saying thank you the whole nine yards. Food was poorly made didn't care to make it appetizing along with that when my meal was missing items the cook caught an attitude and started cursing and got upset because he had to attend to the customers instead of sitting down to eat his dinner but each time I come in here he's hateful and acts like the customer is wrong never come to this waffle House worse one in the state.

We were there 30 mins and NO ONE would attend us, NO ONE. Not only were the waitresses doing everything to not attend us, but they also were taking any other customer over us, funny enough, any other customer who was White/African American, and not us who were Hispanic. Very poor service, not to say disgusting. I like this food-chain, but I have never felt more unwelcomed just for being from a different race. This specific location, with all due respect, sucks. They weren't even able to look at us or give us a word to let us know they couldn't attend us. This is just poor; I'm speechless.

Food was excellent and fresh. Coffee was great as always. Our server was The 4 Alishia and she was extremely nice and pleasant.

The ladies are always positive even when bombarded with Customers. Sue is great!!

Third shift food is good, service is good sometimes it is dead though.
