Haven't ate at Waffle House since 1999 they just build this Waffle House it's probably no more than 3 years old very clean customer service very pleasant food was great and fresh It's pretty tiny most Waffle houses are But I think this is just a little smaller Other than that great experiences Wheelchair accessibility: Easy interest grateful wheelchair access

Quite possibly the worst Waffle House I’ve been to! One woman got us our drinks while the server was going to come take our order. Granted we came in during shift change HOWEVER we waited over 30 minutes and only my food came out, while my parents waited another 10+ minutes for theirs AFTER mine was delivered to the table. Our server, Beautiful, was not attentive or kind. We had to go find her to ask for a box and the check. We continued to wait many minutes, and never got either. We ended up putting our leftovers on some napkins and only then did we actually get a box (AT the counter). Safe to say we won’t be back to this location. I’d advise you all to choose a different Waffle House as there are many in the area……

It was extremely busy but still received great service and fast delivery of my order.

02/27/24 My expectations of waffle houses are not high. Typically, you get good breakfast and lunch quickly. This one failed to come close to that. Three people working, well sitting in booths on their phones, only two tables with guests, including mine. Place was filthy, dried syrup on counter, floors covered in trashed, menus scattered along the counter. I almost left, but it was 730 on a tuesday night and needed a bite before going to hotel. Waitress was new and one other person kept telling her what to do, i.e. take my order, how to put it in, etc. This was fine, but as soon as she interacted with me, she went and sat down back on phone. I asked for hot sauce and she had to ask the person training. Without looking up from his phone, he said "we are probably out", so no hot sauce for me. Food was barely ok, burger had a lot of salt for some reason. Next time I will simple go through popeyes or find a denny's.

Used to be an all Time favorite, however lately it’s gotten out of hand, and us the consumers allowing these food chains to implement more and more fees and inconveniences are partly to blame. You can no longer call in an order, it has to be done by an app, an app that doesn’t allow you to make important changes to the order to accommodate everyone, for instance vegetarian that want the order with no meat. The opinions to add more meat is there but nothing to remove meat. Significant oversight on their part I hope they fix soon. With increasing prices, now a 20% fee is added to your to-go order regardless if your order is correct, complete or accurate, and if it’s wrong, you can’t call in to complain because their phone system is just a looped recording directing you to order online. If you want to pay top dollar for mediocre quality and service, stop by your local Waffle House as it is clear all these charges are nationwide. Vegetarian options: Zero opinion to customize any to-go orders for vegetarian. And you can’t call in the order, you will have to stand in line, wait to make an order and wait for your to-go, if it’s wrong, you can’t call, you have to drive back, wait in line to complain and then wait for them to fix it. Very inconvenient and annoying.
