Muy mala atención al cliente y tardan mucho para servir la comida y no le dan lo que uno pido le dan la comida al revés

Placed my order specifically told the girl no bacon on my cheese steak because I am allergic. She asked how I wanted my eggs, scrambled with cheese. I get home fig I'd start with my waffle oh there was no syrup in the bag I specifically asked for extra syrup, anyway i proceed to the sandwich because the eggs were not scrambled and had no cheese. Next, I open my sandwich, and the first thing I see is bacon. Also, no cheese grits. So now I have to take everything back. Instead of just remaking the entire order, they just want to remake what they got wrong, and they get upset when I ask them to remake everything. I live about 10 min away and had to drive back. They still didn't remake the toast or waffle they were both cold when I returned home. Very poor customer service.

By appearance, I believe I was served my food with hair in it. Then I was given a bill for the hash browns (both served on the same plate as my sandwich), of which I only consumed 2/3 of before noticing the (presumed) hair attached to my sandwich. I was offered a remake of the sandwich only, I declined. I can not understand when in the food industry did it become okay to charge a regularly patronizing, paying consumer for a contaminated plate. Then the rookie manager (as he stated) began to explain to me about "Egg Follicles" as to what (I photographed it) we were looking at. I've never heard of a chicken egg follicle being cooked in any restaurant. Only biologist and readily familiar with them than a restaurant manager. BTW...my hair closely shaved!
