I sat at the counter no one seems to acknowledge me, I had Halima saying she not the one waiting on me….After sitting for 5 minutes I left it’s sad I’m a regular there and THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR needs to looked into. Monica please train your staff on how to help out even if it’s not there area. I won’t be coming back at all.

Manager Monica Grey and her crew today was awesome. Greeted us from the time we came in with a smile to we left out. The establishment was clean and waitress/cook was well groom. I definitely will be return to this location. The first Waffle House I came to without me wanting to leave right back out.
I ordered to-go order today and was met with a very rude worker. The worker did not seem to care or listen to when i was placing my order. They literally looked at me like I was dumb when I told them that the order was done. Then, when I paid, I did not leave a tip because the customer service was bad from the start. Afterwards, the worker looked at me and said that the tip would’ve made her day a lot better if I gave it. I looked at her and said I am sorry. I should’ve been honest and told her that her service wasn’t good, so she can learn to improve on her customer service skills. Later on, I overheard her telling the cook that we didn’t tip, and how there’s so many other better places to eat rather than waffle house. I apologize for coming here today. I know next time to not since she did not want any other people coming in.
