The food was okay

Very good and tasty sandwich it was fast and fresh was in and out quick

Busy place,but excellent friendly service. Came to try the waffle and was not disappointed. Our service was amazing doing everything one handed due to injury.

Service was terrible waitress didn't know what food went to either table I had orders at. Orders were wrong, they brought burnt bacon for my two year old daughter. Waffles for my children took longer than grilled chicken and other sandwiches (waffles were literally the last thing they cooked)they had no chili but the did offer to substitute for me. Best thing about this place is a quiet place to eat.they tried charging me for a chili I didn't even get (not the one they substituted hashbrowns for) they charged 2$ for onions and cheese on a hash brown and I didn't even get the cheese and onions and the manager was rude as hell! Was trying to have a nice lunch with my family and it was terrible!!! Kid-friendliness: We're not very friendly to my children and we're judging that my kids wanted to play with the jukebox

If you happen to find yourself in Knoxville late and hungry, don't even bother with this as an absolute last resort. After midnight, it's a ghetto full of drunks and drunk teenage hoodrats. Went in and ordered, and actually got food to go. Unfortunately, after waiting an hour while more and more drunk hoodlums walked in and squeezed their way in between me and the register to make to go orders of their own, I just left the food on the counter and walked out. It's not even worth eating anymore after I stood there holding it for over an hour. This whole town is a pathetic joke and you have allowed the hood rats to absolutely destroy the place. Thankfully, I don't live here and am only unfortunate enough to have to visit this waste of a landmass for work on occasion. Under no circumstances would I ever move somewhere where I can't even get a damn cheese steak from a waffle house because it's too packed with drunks and drunk hood rats. Just pathetic what you people have allowed your town to become. Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your kids here after dark unless you are looking for examples of exactly what you don't want them to grow up to be. Ridiculously ghetto, it makes it impossible to even get food after dark.

Amazing greeter :) the food was absolutely amazing, they refilled my sweet tea before it was even half empty place my order food came back within 3 minutes best Waffle House in Alabama <3

It was excellent! Very clean Waffle House! Our food was made perfect!
