Waffle House

Love every bit of it. Yolanda i believe she is the manager was so sweet. She got us seated made sure we are taken care of. This will be my go yo place because of her.

We are about to walk out coz it was super busy but Yolanda called us from our car and made sure we are seated. The service was wonderful. They made my eggs just the way i like it! Yolanda definitely deserves a raise ❤️❤️

Bad service, at the end, the ticket was about $30 but they charged me without my knowledge $20 tip, thats fraud, for a 3 person table, then the next day my Credit card company called me about a $820 charge on my card guess where? Yes, Waffle House, worst experience.

It was a cold night when I got there. I was the only customer in the store. The employee, handld everything. Cook, waiter & cashier and he did a great job, other than the scramble to eggs were not scramble soft. They were scrambled hard and chopped up.

Waffle House is the last remaining american treasure. If you know you know.

Food was delicious. The reason for my low rating is because my brother and I were very disappointed when the customers who arrived after us not only received their food in a timely matter but our waitress kept coming telling us the rest of our order would be out in a few minutes. Meaning she only gave us parts of our order. The main reason we chose waffle House was to have their waffle which we never even got. She brought our check and still hadn't even given me my breakfast ham. The service was terrible. No she wasn't rude but she was unprofessional and clearly didn't care. She had the audacity to ask if we wanted to take our waffles to go. Not to mention after the manager told her to discount our bill because we didn't receive our entire order she overcharged me. P.s. had to ask trainee for jelly so my brother could at least eat his toast. We were on break from work. Even though the food we were served was delicious the service ruined the entire experience.

I know service tends to be bad but this one is a joke. All the tables were dirty and she asks if we’re waiting on a table. Then she goes and cleans it for people that came in after us and wouldn’t clean another one for us. Really bad staff.

What a great experience. Janet and her team were top notch. The food was the food it's hard to mess up scrambled eggs and toast. I had wanted gravy on my hash browns but the were out, the cook went out of his way to make more. Thank you to all hard working team members at the waffle House on 290 Manor/Austin.

The staff was great, the prices are fair, I just remember the food being better for some reason. The potatoes are still awesome.
