Waffle House

On March 15, 2024. I went in to the parking lot of this location around 12:30 PM. Davis St in Augusta, GA. I could not get in due to a lack of seating and me having my dog with me. I always like to park and sit in an area where I can keep an eye on my dogs. Two of my dogs were in grooming and were getting close to being finished. Otherwise, I would’ve waited for a booth. From the parking lot, I could see the staff smiling, and that meant everything to me. I actually had gone to two other waffle house locations on the same day. I was not acknowledged at all once I got in the doors. I left both locations. It shouldn’t be so difficult to be acknowledged when walking into any business. The Servers should know that the of customer service they give depends on how much of a tip they get, at least from me. I like to think that I tip very well, usually about 40%. Anyway, there is a waffle house right off of exit 18 in South Carolina that I’ve always had good customer service at. That’s where I will be going.

Good breakfast and came out fast and hot! I did ask for a fried egg but was served over easy aka runny but overall food was delicious
